The TDL162 provides a standard lift height of 3,000 mm, with optional 2-stage and 3-stage masts extending up to 6,000 mm. The truck retains high residual capacity throughout the lift range, and optional free-lift masts allow for precise operation in low-ceiling environments.

This model runs on a high-efficiency 80V/280Ah lithium-ion battery, offering long endurance and lower energy consumption. It features two charging options on the same truck—a 35A integrated single-phase charger and an external fast-charging port compatible with 60A–150A chargers, making it ideal for both single-shift and multi-shift operations.

With a compact turning radius of just 1,639 mm, the TDL162 delivers outstanding agility in tight warehouse aisles. The hydraulic steering system ensures precise control and smooth movement, while the powerful dual 5.4 kW AC drive motors provide strong acceleration and gradeability up to 25% when unladen.

The TDL162 is designed for operator comfort and safety with a spacious 470 mm legroom, wider visibility, and low noise operation. It includes an informative LED display, performance mode selector, and optional joystick hydraulic controls for effortless handling. Safety is enhanced through OPS (Operator Presence System), LED lighting, electromagnetic brakes, and optional cabin and warning systems.
